At PstStudio, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent and suitable for apparel and textile products.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If an item is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Items: If a product different from what was ordered is delivered.
- Unused Products: Unused and unwashed items may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, refunds are not applicable for:
- Used, washed or worn apparel items.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Refund Approval & Processing
- All refund requests are reviewed and verified by our team.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from PstStudio’s side.

PstStudio reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
