    • Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations

2. Shipping Charges

3. Payment for Delivery

  • Advance Payment Orders: Customers can pay using available online payment methods.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Partial advance payment may be required for order confirmation.

4. Packaging & Tracking

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused & Unworn Products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: Wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective.

3. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Replacement items will be shipped after return approval.
