Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Unused & Unworn Products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days.
- Defective or Damaged Products: Eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Items: Wrong items will be replaced at no extra cost.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective.
3. Refund & Replacement Process
